BASIC APPROACH TO VITREOUS ENAMELLING
A Residential Course at Warrington - 24-27 Sept '01
Please call Christine on 01527 893031 to make a reservation.

The Course will deal with the basic principles of all aspects of vitreous enamelling through lectures, practical work, demonstrations and visits to plants involved in the use and application of vitreous enamel. The course covers a wide syllabus, which includes the science, the technology, the application and the uses of vitreous enamel. The range of theory and practice has been extended to give four days of intensive education and even more practical experience.

The Course is intended both for new entrants to the industry or to the process and also for those already involved in it who wish to further their range of knowledge or to increase their awareness of the science, technology and practices involved in the vitreous enamelling industry. Benefits may also be gained by the attendance of designers or users of vitreous enamelled products who wish to advance their personal understanding of the advantages, applications, the design constraints and limitations of the finish and the processes involved.

The Course involves a high degree of interaction with the other delegates as part of the learning process, and thus can only be offered on a fully residential basis. Delegates completing the course will be offered a certificate of attendance. This course is regarded by the industry as the standard entry-level training. Places are very strictly limited to ten, due to the nature of the course and so early booking is essential to avoid disappointment. We will take a pre-reservation to secure places.
